How will I know what services I need?
Great question! If you’re not sure of what your business needs are, you can schedule a free consultation to discuss your challenges and goals. Then we can determine your “next steps” by doing a full assessment and plan of action to improve performance and outcomes.
How does your pricing work?
In general, we charge a pre-determined fixed fee. The fee is determined by:
- The scope of the project, in terms of the tasks to be completed
- The clarity of your vision for your business model, marketing and distribution strategy, etc
- The complexity of your industry and business model
- The time it takes for the workload to be completed
In some cases, there will be a retainer or maintenance fee included in the price. If you have a budget, we can discuss the best options for you in terms of reaching your desired goals.
Why does it make sense to hire you?
Our clients have a pretty good idea of where their business is right now and where they want their business to go in the next 6 months to a year. Doing the scope of work that we do to get you the greatest return on your investment could take you hundreds of hours, several months, or years to do on your own. Hiring us takes out all of the guesswork and frees up your time to focus on your product and making sales.
How long does it take to see results?
It’s safe to say that nothing happens overnight. Some very simple projects can be completed in just a few weeks, while other projects extend well over a year (of course these engagements involved much more than just building out a website or business planning). It really all depends on the scope of your project, the complexity of your market, your business goals, and business model.
What is your refund policy?
Your initial payment is non-refundable. This is because by the time you have decided to hire us, we have already set aside time to work with you, and we may even have turned away other opportunities in order to provide you with the best possible experience. Subsequent payments are subject to a pro-rated refund if you choose to terminate the project before we have fully earned the subsequent payment. For example, suppose fees for your project are broken into three payments, each covering 20 hours of services. The initial payment covers the first 20 hours, and the second payment covers the next 20 hours. If you change your mind about the project after we have put a total of 30 hours into the project, you would be entitled to a refund for half of the second payment because we will only have earned 10 hours of it.
What industries do you work with?
We take pride in our ability to learn the fundamentals of virtually any industry or technology quickly. Our focus is to provide services for business professionals as a whole. Having said that, we believe that the value we bring to the table is not industry expertise — which you already possess in abundance- but rather an understanding of your particular business needs.
